APRIKO TOV ("Apriko", "we") trades household goods, fuel and other goods wholesale, rents and manages property, licenses its brand and provides consulting. This policy explains how we process personal data, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Wholesale and fuel customers
Business contacts, delivery addresses, orders and invoices. For fuel deliveries to private households through our partners, we process the name, phone, address and access information needed for the delivery vehicle.
3. Fuel safety
For LPG and liquid fuel deliveries we record the delivery point and the person accepting the delivery, as required by safety rules for hazardous goods.
4. Tenants and property owners
Identity or company details, leases, payments, maintenance requests, and for owners, ownership documents and bank details.
5. Brand licensees
Business details of licensee companies and their managers, licence agreements, store addresses and sales reports provided under the licence. Licensees remain controllers of their own customers' data.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, fuel safety), legitimate interests (protecting our brand, payment collection).
7. Recipients
Carriers and fuel delivery partners, notaries for property matters, tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Orders and invoices: as required by tax law.
- Household delivery details: 1 year.
- Leases and licences: term plus 3 years.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
